Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you offer Wisconsin State Emission Testing?
A: Yes! We are happy to provide State Emission Testing between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday on a first come, first served basis. Please note these hours may change with holidays, and/or circumstances beyond our control.

Q: Can you renew my license plate/registration at your location?
A: Yes! We can provide registration renewals at our location. There is an additional $10 service fee on top of your normal registration fee, as well as an additional 2% charge if payment is via a debit/credit card.

Q: How much will my repair cost?
A: That’s an awesome question! To get the most accurate price quote we would love to schedule and appointment to inspect your vehicle. While we make every effort to provide pricing on basic services up front, some things require visual inspection to give the best estimate.

Q: How long will my repair take? Can I wait with my vehicle while being serviced?
A: Every vehicle repair/service can vary in time. We strive to complete every repair as efficiently as possible. We understand it is never convenient to be without your vehicle. We can accommodate oil changes while you wait based on availability.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday – Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm with the exception of Emissions Testing being run 8:00am-4:00pm.
